No.4 Bourdillon project while working at Woodstyles LTD

Kaizens flagship project No4. Bourdillon is the tallest residential building in Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria. Located at Bourdillon Road. It is a twin tower of 25 floors with 41 units of and 4 and 3 bedroom flats and 5 bedroom duplex apartments and penthouses. It contains lush greenery, water bodies, swimming pools, a tennis court, a gym and a club house with ample underground parking. 4 Bourdillon commissioned construction in 2016 and occupancy began in 2019. I was responsible for project managing the entire joinery/ furnishing fit out of all apartments and common areas in the entire tower for Woodstyles.
Prepared shop drawings as per specification or fall all wood works in common areas such as the g clubhouse and multipurpose hall.
Prepared production shop drawing per specification or all apartment lobby and reception areas
All default kitchens fitted with inbuilt Miele appliances. I developed shop drawings of kitchens for tenants to sign off before production commences
All apartment wardrobes were by default fitted with french wallnut veneer doors with laminate carcas feauturing in-built motion sensor lighting , black modern handles and perforated suede
Apartment doors, wardrobes and bathroom vanities all have the same default french wall nut veneer finish
Premium vanity design and finish in white polyurethane finish or VIP apartments
